FQM Annual Review
FQM Ltd is a Management System and Process Improvement Consultancy which provides assistance to many clients all across the UK to develop and improve their management system. We develop these systems to meet the requirements of many well known standards; i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, to name but a few. As part of this service we can provide the reassurance that the system meets the standards requirements by performing an Annual Review, this service is particular beneficial to those companies who do not require their system to be certified by an accredited certification body.
Accredited Certification Support
Many of our other clients are ‘registered’ with an ‘accredited’ certification body e.g. BSI, LRQA, DNV, ISOQAR. These are organisations that are ‘formally recognised’ by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) to carry out ‘certification’ to ISO standards. These bodies are restricted to only ‘auditing’ of the existing management system and cannot help design and develop it.
FQM Ltd conduct regular ‘desktop’ audits of clients systems to ascertain compliance with all the requirements of the relevant ISO standards and also ‘mock’ audits prior to the clients final certification which can identify any other further gaps in the management system.
Internal Auditing
FQM Ltd understand that many of our clients do not have the time, resource or even competency levels needed to manage the Internal Audit schedule. Our service includes:
- Preparation of Audit schedule and checklists
- Undertake all Internal Audits
- Detailed audit reports and any identified non-conformance
- Support in documenting necessary Corrective Action and follow-up
- Identification of ‘Opportunities for Improvement’
- Advice on ‘managing’ the internal audit system
Supplier Auditing
With the increased ‘complexity’ of the supply chain in many industries, FQM now offer to many of our clients detailed audits of their sub-contractors and suppliers. This independent monitoring of their supply base can help improve performance and compliance with our clients customer requirements.
