• Emergency Response Capability audit
• Supplier auditing
• Standard compliance auditing
• Developing audit plans
• Facilitating management of audit action backlog

Induction

• Conducting office risk assessment and developing content of a visitor safety induction for a client moving into new office complex;
• Development of visitor and employee safety induction system plus an on boarding program for new starts which is intranet based and interactive
• Developing invitation to tender scope for a client outsourcing their safety induction with the prerequisite of meeting the OPTIO standard and delivery is web based
