Chris has over thirty years of senior level experience in Quality, Risk, Information Security, QHSE, Compliance and Project Management.
He has managed many of the largest ‘blue chip’ companies in the global market-place, and brings extensive international experience to FQM after working in East-Asia, Europe and the USA.
Chris has been the MD of FQM since 2015.
Kenny is a high calibre compliance manager with a proven track record in systems implementation, professional training and business improvement.
Kenny has a strong background in Consultancy, Auditing and Training. He has also worked at a senior level in Sales, Procurement, Operations and Quality functions.
Brian has over Thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His career has exposed him to a broad range of local, regional and international organisations with differing levels of cultural maturity.
He has also held senior HSEQ roles in Europe, Africa, Russia, and the USA with Marine, Drilling, Subsea and Operator companies.
Brian has over Twenty Five years in Safety Management, with fifteen years also in preparing and delivering training courses.
Working predominantly in the downstream petrochemicals and plastics industries, his training has specialised in IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Working Safely, IOSH Safety for Senior Managers, NEBOSH and CDM.
Leonard is one of FQM’s skilled trainers and coaches, with twenty-five years’ experience in management education and training.
His particular focus is on internal business management, which covers leadership, conflict management, and finance. As well as delivering coaching and mentoring on post graduate project management.
After a career with the British Army’s Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, Bob became a training and development consultant in 2003.
He is experienced in supervision and management, and has a reputation for delivering high level training in the oil and gas industry.
David has in excess of 30 years national and international oil & gas project engineering and management expertise and experience within Operators, EPIC contractors, and consultancy teams for various onshore and offshore projects of $Bn’s CAPEX.
He is a passionate oil & gas practitioner who has worked as an oil and gas consultant, coach and trainer on nationally and internationally projects as technical and commercial lead and management of multi-disciplined/cultural teams to provide solutions to complex and challenging project requirements.
Angela Douglas Docherty

Angela has over 30 years’ experience within the legal and property management industry.
During her time in this industry, she has managed one of the country’s largest legal firms’ successful branches within this area. Focusing on client service, delivering successful outcomes, and forging ongoing business relationships with clients, surveyors, and finance bodies alike. She also overseen ISO and Compliance requirements for the branch.
Michael is a high calibre management systems consultant with a proven track record in systems implementation, professional training and business improvement.
Michael has a strong background in Consultancy, Auditing and Training. He has also worked at a senior level in Sales, Procurement, Operations and Quality functions.
Michael is an experienced oilfield consultant, with over twelve years’ operational field experience. He has a wide range of technical, commercial, and management skills, and has international experience in software marketing.
Peter has been a professional management systems auditor and consultant since 1996.
He has experience in designing management systems for clients, and providing advice for maintaining UKAS certification.
Extensive knowledge and deployment of ISO standards.
Martyn is a highly competent and experienced HSEQ and Risk Management professional. He has a strong background in Facility Upgrades, Operations Management, Onshore and Offshore EPCI, and Exploration and Production.
More recently, he has extended his areas of expertise to include Assurance Management, and Project and Enterprise Risk.
Alun is an IRCA certified lead auditor with over ten years’ experience in working with key clients, implementing management systems, and delivering certifications.
Past experience includes delivering an ISO9001 certification for Siemens’ IT Solutions and Services at the National Assembly for Wales.
