Chris Docherty
Managing Director
Chris has over thirty years of senior level experience in Quality, Risk, Information Security, QHSE, Compliance and Project Management.
He has managed many of the largest ‘blue chip’ companies in the global market-place, and brings extensive international experience to FQM after working in East-Asia, Europe and the USA.
Chris has been the MD of FQM since 2015.

Kenny Scott
Senior Compliance Manager
Kenny is a high calibre compliance manager with a proven track record in systems implementation, professional training and business improvement.
Kenny has a strong background in Consultancy, Auditing and Training. He has also worked at a senior level in Sales, Procurement, Operations and Quality functions.

Arlene Mcfadyen
Client Engagement Executive
Arlene has over 30 years’ experience within the retail sector, working as a manager and trainer with large corporate organisations.
During her time in this industry, she has held various management positions, which also involved mentoring junior members of staff in to more senior positions. Focusing on client service, delivering successful outcomes, and forging ongoing business relationships with clients and senior management teams.

Natalie Robinson
Client Engagement Executive
Natalie has 11 years’ experience in customer‑focused roles. She brings a strong background in relationship management, service delivery, and supporting clients through complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Over the past five years, Natalie worked within professional services, combining client account management with project coordination to support technical delivery teams.

Brian Christie
Senior Consultant
Brian has over Twenty Five years in Safety Management, with fifteen years also in preparing and delivering training courses.
Working predominantly in the downstream petrochemicals and plastics industries, his training has specialised in IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Working Safely, IOSH Safety for Senior Managers, NEBOSH and CDM.

Brian Minty
Senior Consultant
Brian has over Thirty years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His career has exposed him to a broad range of local, regional and international organisations with differing levels of cultural maturity.
He has also held senior HSEQ roles in Europe, Africa, Russia, and the USA with Marine, Drilling, Subsea and Operator companies.

Angela Douglas Docherty
Client Service Principal - Director
Angela has over 30 years’ experience within the legal and property management industry.
During her time in this industry, she has managed one of the country’s largest legal firms’ successful branches within this area. Focusing on client service, delivering successful outcomes, and forging ongoing business relationships with clients, surveyors, and finance bodies alike. She also overseen ISO and Compliance requirements for the branch.

Craig McCall
Compliance Manager
Craig has over 30 years experience in the construction sector fulfilling various roles in that time, including project management.
Craig has experience in Compliance Management and Auditing, and brings these to our Compliance Team at FQM.

Robyn Docherty
Business and Marketing Executive
Robyn has experience across communications, marketing support, and organisational coordination.
Prior to joining FQM, Robyn worked within a mental health organisation, contributing to marketing, communications, and cross‑team operational activities.
She also brings several years of leadership experience from a supervisory role within a large international company, where Robyn oversaw team coordination, daily operations, and service delivery.

Michael Freeman
Senior Consultant
Michael is a high calibre management systems consultant with a proven track record in systems implementation, professional training and business improvement.
Michael has a strong background in Consultancy, Auditing and Training. He has also worked at a senior level in Sales, Procurement, Operations and Quality functions.

Peter Hartley
Senior Consultant
Peter has been a professional management systems auditor and consultant since 1996.
He has experience in designing management systems for clients, and providing advice for maintaining UKAS certification.
Extensive knowledge and deployment of ISO standards.
