Amos Beech are a commercial interiors, office fit out and furniture company based in Falkirk, Scotland.
After experiencing rapid growth, Amos Beech outgrew their integrated management system. It was made apparent that they were in need of a new system, one that met the requirements of:

FQM suggested building their new integrated management system inside Mango's compliance software. After receiving an insightful demonstration of Mango, Amos Beech were able to see how Mango would enhance visibility and staff involvement, and create better efficiency across the board.
Employee participation proved to be a challenge for Amos Beech as due to the nature of their work, they can have employees in multiple locations at one single time. Mango overcame this issue as being a cloud-based software means employees can access the system from anywhere, at anytime.

Amos Beech made the decision to invest in Mango. In no time at all Mango was implemented and their newly minted integrated management system was in place.
Not only was it achieved on time and on budget, but as a result of the redesigned system, Amos Beech achieved triple Certification to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
Big transitions of this nature can often cause a lot of disruption in business. However, their transition to Mango with the assistance of FQM was 'seamless' as Roy James, the Project Director at Amos Beech put it.
